NOTICE OF SECOND READING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT at its regular Council meeting on October 25th, 2023, Council approved first reading of both Alternative Voting By-law A-028-20 and Repeal of Municipal Offices By-law R-6108-23.
By-law A-028-20 amendments provide the process for Council’s decision of paper ballot voting in Section 3.2.1.
By-law R-6108-23 repeals Municipal Offices By-law M-067-93 as it references obsolete and redundant regulations.
Second reading of both By-laws will occur at the Regular Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 6:00 pm.
