The Municipality of Yarmouth will, from time to time, issue public Requests for Proposal or Tenders and other requests for which competitive responses are required.

Scope of Work
1. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:

Request for CAO Performance Review Facilitation Services
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth is seeking proposals for facilitation services for the CAO's Performance Review beginning in 2027 through to 2029, for a total of 3 review cycles.
The successful Proponent is responsible for working closely with the Chief Administrative Officer and the CAO Committee to develop an annual performance evaluation process. The final process and associated tools will be approved by MODY Council. The Proponent will then annually facilitate the process.
