The Municipality of Yarmouth will, from time to time, issue public Requests for Proposal or Tenders and other requests for which competitive responses are required.

Request for Quotations
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth is inviting quotations for the Administration Building New Metal Roof Installation.
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth (MODY) is seeking quotations from qualified roofing contractors for the installation of a new ABM, standard 28-gauge metal roofing system on the sloped roof areas only of the MODY Administration Building located at 932 Highway 1, Hebron, Nova Scotia. The work will consist of installing wood strapping over the existing asphalt shingle roof, followed by the supply and installation of a new ABM, standard 28-gauge metal roofing system, including all associated flashing, trim, fasteners, and related components required to complete the work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes.

Request for Quotations
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for building repairs and upgrades at the Port Maitland Sewer Treatment Plant (PMSTP). The work includes exterior siding replacement, LED lighting upgrades, removal of an existing vertical ladder, and the supply and installation of a new exterior galvanized steel staircase. All work must be completed in accordance with applicable codes and standards while maintaining continuous wastewater treatment operations.

Request for Sealed Bids
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth is accepting sealed bids for a surplus vehicle. Bids must be submitted by April 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM ADT. Interested bidders can arrange a viewing by appointment.
