The pdf Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (PACE) supports homeowners in the Municipality of Yarmouth to install clean energy upgrades such as insulation, energy-efficient windows and doors, high-efficiency heat pumps and solar panels. Residents will benefit from the PACE Program by eliminating the large upfront cost of upgrades through installment payments over ten years to the Municipality of Yarmouth.
The PACE program is administered by highly qualified energy professionals at the Clean Foundation. Upon application, a Home Energy Assessment will be conducted to determine what upgrades the home is eligible for. They will also figure out how you can save even more in energy and heating expenses than the cost of the retrofits.
