💧Dry Well Relief Program 2025 💧
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth is providing water vouchers to residents currently experiencing dry wells. These coupons can be exchanged for drinking water at select retail locations
*This program is still ongoing. No end date has been given at this time; consider it underway until you hear otherwise.*
Where to Pick Up Coupons:
📍 Municipality of Yarmouth – 932 Highway 1, Hebron
🕘 Hours:
Monday to Thursday
9:00 – 11:30 am and 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Wednesdays 5-7pm
Program Details:
➡️ Each household can receive 4L of bottled water per person per day
➡️ Maximum: four 4L jugs per household per day
➡️ Eligibility: Only households who currently have a dry well and are in the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth
➡️ Coupons are valid up to Nov. 30, 2025
➡️ New coupons can be picked up weekly
➡️ Each coupon can be exchanged for one 4L jug of water (no substitutes)

Sewer Bills Due: Oct 31st

Reminder: Sewer Bills Are Now Due
Sewer bills for the September 1 to November 30, 2025 billing period are now available.
Due Date: October 31, 2025
Interest: Will begin to accrue on November 1, 2025
Bills can be picked up at the Municipal Office, or they can be emailed by calling the office to provide an email address.
✅ Please ensure payment is made by the due date to avoid interest charges.
Regular Council Meeting Upcoming

Regular Council Meeting
The next Regular Council Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 22nd @ 1pm. It will take place at the Hebron Rotary Centre. This meeting is open to the public and will also be live-streamed on Facebook for your convenience.
Funding Awarded for Accessibility Renovations
- Details
The Province has officially announced that the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth has been awarded over $500,000 to help fund the Administration Building's accessibility renovations, through the GRID (Governments Reinvesting in Infrastructure for Diversity) Fund.
These renovations are currently underway and are scheduled to be completed this fall. It's great news for MODY and for making our community spaces more accessible to everyone.
